Yes, there's definitely a better time to fix. Street lights are important to each other safe. Glad that the guys okay. Life changing experience. Permits needed,traffic control, police. Slowing down, blocking flow of traffic. Causing a hindering situation. Costs big money to fix a little bulb. But how much does a life cost. It's both people (The Public Workers, Bucket Operator/s, and the Truck Driver) at fault. 1.) The Bucket Operator should have Cones/Change Lanes Signs/Markers where on Lane/s they were working on. 2.) The Truck Driver should have Changed Lanes, way ahead before that Public Workers job site, to make sure he/she doesn't hit that bucket, or, Move Slowly/Stop to the oncoming any Under Pass Bridge/s, or Perceived Overhead Objects that may hit his Truck. That's in the CDL Licenses Rule Book! The Problem here is, maybe, just maybe,... The Truck Driver may have underestimated the height of the bucket from the top of his Truck, and there he/she went. LOL, LVL, LOL!
